AlphaMed is committed to maintaining the privacy of information that you provide when you engage with AlphaMed and use AlphaMed’s website (the “Website”) and all associated mobile applications, domains, portals, and services (collectively with the Website, the “Services”), including without limitation the Stem Cells Portal.
Third-party websites and services that you may access via AlphaMed’s Services are not subject to this Policy and may have their own policies relating to your privacy and the information they collect about you. AlphaMed recommends that you review each third party’s privacy policies.
Types of Information AlphaMed Collects
As described more fully below, AlphaMed may collect two types of information about you when you visit the Website, utilize the Services, communicate with AlphaMed by phone or mail (postal and email), or interact with AlphaMed in person: (1) personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, employment information), and (2) non-personally identifiable information.
Personally Identifiable Information
AlphaMed may collect the following categories of personally identifiable information:

AlphaMed uses this information to provide you with information about its features and Services; to communicate with you and others about its features and Services, as you request or indicate; to process your requests or ensure AlphaMed’s partners have information to process your requests; to provide you with personalized content; and to send other information to you related to your requests; and
- Internet or other similar network activity and information about your visit to the Website, including without limitation access times and information about your computer hardware and software, such as your IP address, browser type, and domain names. This information is sourced indirectly from you (e.g., from observing your actions on the Website). The information is used to provide you with personalized content and information, and/or to send information to you.
If you contact AlphaMed through the Website or otherwise and request access to paid content, AlphaMed collects personally identifiable information from you and shares that information with AlphaMed’s partners who manage and provide paid content and services.
AlphaMed collects information directly from you when you sign up for AlphaMed’s newsletters and when you communicate with AlphaMed, including without limitation by phone, mail, and email, and in person. AlphaMed collects information directly from you when you respond to surveys and when you provide information and responses to questions concerning AlphaMed’s partners. AlphaMed may also receive information about you from AlphaMed’s partners and other third-parties.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
AlphaMed collects non-personally identifiable information about your visit to the Website. This information is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
About the Use of Cookies

How AlphaMed Uses and Shares Information Collected
AlphaMed uses and may disclose the personally identifiable information it collects to:
- Provide you with information about products and services that you request from AlphaMed;
- Inform AlphaMed’s partners of your interest in their products or services;
- Provide your form responses to AlphaMed’s partners, if requested by you;

AlphaMed uses and may disclose your non-personally identifiable information to:

Security
Security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. AlphaMed uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information that AlphaMed collects, uses, and stores, but AlphaMed cannot ensure or warrant the security of information you transmit to AlphaMed, and you understand you do so at your sole risk.
Surveys
AlphaMed may conduct occasional online surveys. These surveys are entirely voluntary and you may decline to participate.
Assignment
AlphaMed may freely assign this Policy or any of AlphaMed’s rights and/or obligations under this Policy. In the event that all or part of AlphaMed’s assets are sold or acquired by another party, or in the event of a merger or change in control, you grant AlphaMed the right to assign to its successors and assigns the information collected from you, including without limitation via the Services.
International Transfer of Information
If you are visiting the Website and/or directly providing AlphaMed with personally identifiable information in a geographic region other than the United States, please note the laws of the United States may differ from those in your jurisdiction and may not afford the same level of data protection. For example, the European Commission has not indicated the United States meets the standards for an adequacy decision. Policy Regarding Minors
AlphaMed only collects information knowingly from individuals 18 years of age and older, and the Services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age and older. AlphaMed does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. If AlphaMed becomes aware that such information has been collected, AlphaMed will erase or delete it.
How to Stop Receiving Information from Us
You may choose at any time to stop receiving information from AlphaMed about content or services by using the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of an email communication or by contacting AlphaMed directly as indicated below.
